Over 9 years ago HDE saw the need for competitively
priced, yet reliable robotics systems for use in bomb disposal, SWAT, HAZMAT, and nuclear,
biological, and chemical response. All of the robots available, both then and now,
were priced beyond the reach of many departments across the country and the world.
Yet those departments and their personnel will still need the technology to face the
